New Birds Eye View GPS Mapping

TrackingTheWorld.com partners with Microsoft to use Live Local mapping service in new state-of-the-art GPS tracking software.

The undeniable attraction of Windows Live Local is its spectacular "Birds-Eye" aerial photography. Birds-Eye offers high-resolution aerial imagery of more than 100 cities in the U.S. and Europe. The maps are clear right down to street level, you can see cars, street signs, the exact location of your vehicle.

The birds-eye images, captured using low-flying planes, are integrated with road and satellite maps to simulate 360-degree panoramas that can be viewed from any of the four different compass directions. Users can choose between directional views, for instance, to see the front or back sides of buildings, or zoom closer using on-screen navigation tools and preview tiles.
